About Our Founder
Hello! I’m Dr. Dawn Reid, PCC, a dedicated architect of personal and professional growth with over 20 years of experience. With my ICF Professional Coach Certification and a PhD Behavioral Science focused on help-seeking behavior and coaching psychology, I am committed to inspiring other coaches, leaders and organization to thrive. In 2014, I founded Reid Ready® to empower coaches who face challenges in launching and growing practices, equipping them with the skills needed. I scaled my business to include leader capabilities development, DISC, and building cultures of excellence within companies.
To help others truly thrive, I believe it's essential to embrace lifelong learning and seek support in achieving your ambitious goals. That's why at Reid Ready®, we go beyond initial certification training; we offer ongoing education and a vibrant community to foster excellence and drive positive change. My passion for this work has led me to write five books and host a podcast, sharing insights and inspiration with aspiring coaches, leaders and organizations.
